The bill (Reg. No. 2208) suggests determine that youth work centers are the specialized institutions either of state or municipal ownership (in the current version – “specialized state institutions) that are established in order to settle the issue of youth employment; youth leisure time jobs; and promote development of youth initiatives in the sphere of labour.
Adoption of a bill shall provide bodies of local self-government with the possibility to “create and finance youth work centers and thus help resolve the issue of youth employment in Ukraine”.
